Allow approximately 10–20 business days overall, with prompt approval. Dispatch normally takes 1–2 business days after approval. Revisions, oversized or complex artworks and carrier delays may add time.

Returns & Refunds

- Ask us first: contact us for return authorization, then return the item unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- $0 restocking fee: change-of-mind return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Custom and commissioned artworks: not returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Damage or an incorrect artwork: contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
↩️ Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
