Production & Processing Time
As every artwork is 100% hand-painted to order, please allow 5–9 business days for our artists to create, dry, and frame your piece.

• Note: We provide a photo/video preview for your approval before dispatch to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered via premium carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS):

• Global Express Delivery: 4–8 business days.
• Total turnaround time (Order to Delivery): Approx. 2–3 weeks.

Packaging

• Rolled Canvas: Shipped in heavy-duty protective tubes.
• Framed: Shipped in custom-built wooden crates to strictly prevent damage.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number immediately upon dispatch.
