Rosemary Art offers hand-painted artwork made to order, including designs that can be adapted through our custom artwork service. Confirm the exact medium, support, texture, dimensions and frame for the selected product. A hand-painted version can vary in brushwork and color without the composition being exclusive to one buyer. If a composition must be created only once, make that a separate written requirement before ordering.

- Follow the applicable policy. The current Returns & Refunds policy asks buyers to report damaged or incorrect artwork within 7 days of delivery. Eligible standard returns have a 30-day request window and require authorization before sending the artwork back.
- Confirm the resolution and return address. Keep the written instructions and any return tracking. Do not return the painting to an address taken from a general website footer.
