    Your artwork is created individually after you order.
  • 📸 Inspection & preview: 1–2 business days
    We prepare your finished-artwork photos or video for approval.
  • 📦 Express delivery: 4–8 business days
    Transit time after dispatch. Tracking is emailed once shipped.

Allow approximately 10–20 business days overall, with prompt approval. Dispatch normally takes 1–2 business days after approval. Revisions, oversized or complex artworks and carrier delays may add time.

Free insured worldwide shipping on eligible orders.
Duties and import taxes are covered by Rosemary Art. Packaging is chosen for your artwork’s size and frame.

Returns & Refunds

Here to Help, Even After Delivery

We want you to feel good about your artwork. Eligible items have a 30-day return window from delivery.

  • Ask us first: contact us for return authorization, then return the item unused, in its original condition and packaging.
  • $0 restocking fee: change-of-mind return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Custom and commissioned artworks: not returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • Damage or an incorrect artwork: contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
