At Rosemary Art, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a FULL refund.
We offer FREE replacement for damaged items. If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize. Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged artwork and its packaging. We will manage the claims process with the courier companies on your behalf and dispatch a replacement within a few business days.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order to get a FULL refund.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable customs fees.
To qualify for a refund, the returned artwork must:

Be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Be returned to the original shipping address provided.

Be in its original condition and securely packaged—preferably in the original packaging.

If original packaging is unavailable, please use a similar protective method and provide photos of the packaging for insurance purposes.

We recommend exercising care when unboxing your artwork and suggest keeping the original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Important Note: All our artworks are original oil paintings on canvas, meticulously hand-painted by artists. Each piece is unique, and slight variations from the website images are an inherent characteristic of original handcrafted art.
Custom Artworks (including custom colors, sizes, or personal requests) are not accepted for return once the artwork is safely delivered. This policy is in place because Custom Artworks cannot be resold, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and thoroughly inspect the returned artwork. For PayPal or Shop Pay refunds, it may take up to 3 business days for the credit to appear. For credit card refunds, please allow 7–15 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Damaged Artworks
Should your item arrive damaged in transit, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We offer free replacements for damaged items. Please promptly send your order number and clear photographs of the damage to both the artwork and its packaging to: info@rosemaryart.com.
We will promptly handle all courier claims on your behalf and arrange for a replacement to be shipped out to you within a few business days.
