At Rosemary Art, we are committed to ensuring your hand-painted artwork arrives safely and on time. Because we deal in original, hand-crafted oil paintings, our delivery process includes dedicated time for creation, drying, and quality assurance.
1. Shipping Destinations & Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping to the following regions:

There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout for customers in these locations.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
To calculate when your art will arrive, please add the Processing Time to the Transit Time.
A. Processing & Production Time (5 - 9 Business Days)
Since our paintings are hand-painted and often made to order, this period allows our artists to:

Complete the painting process.

Allow sufficient time for the oil paint to dry.

Apply varnish for protection.

Perform a final quality inspection.

Professionally frame (if applicable) and package the artwork.
B. Transit Time (4 - 8 Business Days)
Once your order leaves our studio, it is handed over to our express courier partners.

Carriers used: FedEx, DHL, UPS, or TNT Express.

Average Transit: 4 to 8 business days depending on your specific location.
Please Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, external factors such as severe weather, flight delays, or customs inspections are beyond our control.
3. Packaging & Insurance
We understand that art is fragile. We use industry-standard packing methods to ensure 100% safety.

Protection: Your painting is wrapped in archival glassine paper to prevent moisture, followed by heavy-duty bubble wrap and reinforced corner guards.

Boxing: The artwork is secured inside a custom-built, rigid cardboard box designed to withstand impact.

Insurance: Every package is fully insured during transit at no extra cost to you. If damage occurs during shipping, you are covered.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your painting passes its final quality check and is handed to the courier, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

For framed items, carriers (DHL/FedEx) may also contact you via the email or phone number provided at checkout to coordinate the delivery window.

Missing Tracking? If your order is marked as "Complete" but you have not received a tracking number, please contact us immediately at info@rosemaryart.com.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery window (Processing + Transit time) and you have not received it:

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, please be aware that your local government may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival.
